On the weekend of May 30 - June 1, AISZ hosted an international youth chess tournament New Zagreb Classic Futures 2024. The tournament lasted for 3 days and was attended by 124 players from 4 different countries, 5 arbiters, and 5 organizers, not including the school staff. The youngest participant was born in 2018. Representatives from three different nations received cups and medals in various categories.
