🎿 Upper School Ski Trip to Rogla, Slovenia 🇸🇮

Upper & Middle School Take on the Slopes

Our recent AISZ ski trip to Rogla, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Slovenia, may have been short - but it was packed with energy, excitement and unforgettable moments!

This year’s adventure was split across two action-filled days:

  • Day 1: Middle School students

  • Day 2: High School students

❄️ Something for Every Skier

Students were divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups, ensuring that everyone could challenge themselves at the right level.

  • 🌟 Beginners bravely took their first turns and learned the basics of balance and control.

  • ⛷️ Intermediate skiers built confidence as they tackled longer and steeper runs.

  • 🏔️ Advanced groups pushed their limits, carving confidently down the mountain.

It was inspiring to watch students encourage one another, celebrate improvements and step outside their comfort zones.

🍲 Refueling the Right Way

After hours on the slopes, everyone was more than ready for some delicious winter comfort food. Warm, hearty meals gave students a chance to relax, recharge, and share stories from the day - from spectacular wipeouts to proud personal achievements.

🚌 Tired, Happy, and Full of Stories

As the sun began to set over Rogla’s snowy landscape, students made their way back to the buses - tired, rosy-cheeked and smiling. The kind of tired that only comes after a long day of laughter, fresh mountain air, and nonstop skiing.

Though the trip lasted just two days, it delivered lasting memories, strengthened friendships, and reminded us all how powerful shared experiences can be.

Thank you to our teachers and organizers for making this winter adventure such a success. We can’t wait for the next one! 🎿✨
