Students & Parents
We collect identification, contact, academic, medical, and behavioural information necessary to provide education services, manage enrolment, ensure student safety, and communicate with families. Photos and videos may be collected for school publications and promotional materials with parental consent.
Alumni
We maintain academic records and an alumni database for communication and event purposes. Any use of photos or personal data for promotional activities is done with alumni consent.
Job Applicants & Employees
We collect identification, qualification, and employment information to assess applications, facilitate hiring, and fulfil our legal obligations as an employer.
Business Partners & Suppliers
We collect identification and payment information necessary to conclude and manage contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
