AISZ World Languages Department is part of the AERO World Languages Task Force working collaboratively on the Model Curriculum for international schools. Last week one of our French teachers, Ms. Martina Salluzzo, presented the project at the ECIS Learning Ecosystems Leadership Conference that moved from Madrid to the virtual environment. Her presentation was part of the workshop for leaders of international schools on the international assessments for languages.
The context of learning languages in international schools was explained along the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) and ACTFL Can-do statements which frame the world languages standards and benchmarks used by many international schools.
